Privacy Policy​

  • You should never share your personal information like phone number or Email.
  • Nor should you allow the student to share their contact information.
  • If a student asks for your contact number or shares their own in some way, please do not attempt to make contact outside of TutorBees. If you do so, your account will be blocked.

What should you do?​

If such a scenario arises when a student shares contact information with you on TutorBees chat, you need to do the following:

  • Contact us at admin@tutorbees.net
  • Respond to the offending student on TutorBees Chat that sharing contact information is strictly forbidden and against TutorBees' Privacy Policy.

If you are wondering how we enforce this policy, please know that our team reviews each class recording and messages exchanged between a student and a tutor.

Ethical Use Policy​

At TutorBees.net, we are unwavering in our commitment to academic integrity while facilitating learning. We strictly prohibit the use of our Services for any type of academic fraud. We do not condone cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty of any kind including but not limited to:

  • Use of Services for the purpose of cheating instead of facilitating learning;
  • Collaborating with students to complete assignments, draft papers, partake in quizzes, or carry out tasks on their behalf.
  • Utilize the Services for any intention that goes against the academic integrity and honesty guidelines or other conduct policies of educational institutions, universities, schools, or workplaces.

If you still go ahead and render your services to facilitate any such activity, TutorBees.net will not be liable to pay you any amount for this.

Important

A violation of our Ethical Use Policy will result in immediate account blockage and/or termination.

Guidelines for Regular Classes​

Please ask your student to be punctual and inform you at least 2 hours before the scheduled time in case they are not able to join the class in time.

If the student does not join a class without informing you, You should:

  1. Wait for the student in the class for 15 mins.
  2. Send a message to the student using 'TutorBees Chat' that you waited for them for 15 mins but they didn't join.
  3. End the class by clicking on "End Meeting" from the top right menu.

This class will be considered as a "Completed" and "Paid" class.

When you are notified in advance about the change in date/ time, you can decide a new date time over chat message exchanges with the student.
