Creating Your First Bill

Before you can begin paid classes, the TutorBees team will verify the bill with the student. Here's the full process:

Agreement

At the end of the demo, agree on number of hours and rate per hour.

Start Tuition

Click "Start Tuition" and enter "class title" name, student name, hourly rate, no. of hours, start/valid-till dates, subjects.

Bill Review

Usually auto-approved; some bills go to our team (it takes up to 1-2 business day). You're emailed if approved or rejected.

Follow Up

If unpaid after 1-2 days, send the student a friendly reminder in chat.

Start Classes

You're emailed when payment is made, then begin classes on your agreed schedule.
