Demo Classes

The demo class is your free first meeting with a student. It's where they decide whether they want to continue learning with you - so make it count.

1. Click "Create Class"​

You'll find the Create Class button on the right side of your dashboard.

2. Fill in the Details and Submit​

When creating the class:

  • Select Demo Class as the topic
  • Choose the agreed date and time
  • Set the duration to 1 hour
  • Select the student you previously sent an offer to
  • Add the student to the class
  • Click Submit
Timing & No-Shows

Create the demo class only after the student has confirmed the schedule.

  • If the student does not join, do not wait longer than 15 minutes.
  • Only first demo class is complimentary for the student.
Demo Credits

Students must have sufficient demo credits before a demo class can be created.

If a student does not have enough credits, the system will not allow you to schedule the demo. Politely ask the student to purchase demo credits before proceeding.

If Something Feels Wrong

If anything inappropriate occurs during a demo or regular class:

  1. End the class immediately.
  2. Report the incident to admin@tutorbees.net.
  3. Block the person through TutorBees Chat if necessary.

All classes are recorded, allowing the TutorBees team to review incidents and take appropriate action when required.
