Running Your Classes
Once you create a class, it appears on your dashboard under Scheduled Classes, and the Join Class button becomes available 15 minutes before the start time. Click to join.
Automatic email reminders are sent to you and your student for any class scheduled at least 8 hours in advance.
If you turn on your camera, use a virtual background for a clean, professional look.
Screen Sharing & Whiteboard Rights
You can click on a student's name to assign rights and enable active participation. Once enabled, students can:
- Upload a presentation or file
- Share their screen
- Use the whiteboard tools

Open Chrome settings, allow microphone access, and then reconnect your microphone.
Student No-Show Guidelines
Encourage students to arrive on time and notify you at least 2 hours before class if they need to cancel.
If a student does not attend without prior notice:
- Wait in the classroom for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- Send a message via TutorBees Chat informing the student that they have not joined the class.
- End the session using the "End Meeting" option.
That class will count as Completed and Paid.
If a student gives advance notice of a scheduling change, simply agree on a new time through TutorBees Chat.
