How Billing Works

TutorBees uses hourly billing, meaning students are charged only for the actual time spent in lessons.

TutorBees keeps 20% of each student payment, and you keep the remaining 80%.

Principle	What It Means for You
Flexibility	Lessons are scheduled as needed.
Pay-as-you-go	Students pay only for actual lesson time.
Validity Period	The hours on a bill remain valid until the Bill Valid Till date. Encourage students to use all purchased hours within that period.

When Can You Start Paid Tuition?

Only after the student has paid their bill. You'll get an email confirmation when the bill is paid, and then you can create paid classes. Once the student confirms the class details and requests a bill, create it promptly and remind them to complete the payment so that the paid classes can begin.
