About Me

Mathematics is my passion and enabling kids to be good at mathematics makes me happy. I have 12 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to grade 6,7,8,9 and 10 O levels students. I focus on basic mathematical concepts to help students excel in Mathematics in long term. I have taught in multiple schools including Lahore Reliance School, Adabistan-e-Sophia and Peak Alma School. Currently I am teaching in Beaconhouse School Systems Ans an O Levels Maths Teacher. I believe in reasoning, logic and enquiry based learning. That is, what I want to enhance in my students as well, by enriching them with every possible reason and logic to be enquired.

I have a huge passion for teaching mathematics. It is a subject I feel entirely confident in, and this is reflected in my ability to teach in a simple yet highly effective manner to students of all standards and abilities. Over the years, I have built up extensive experience that has given me a variety of different teaching styles I can quickly draw upon to meet the needs of my students and pupils. I have excellent communication skills; I am flexible and adaptable in my approach to teaching; and I will always deliver positive results for your school based on the defined curriculum. One area I particularly thrive in as a math teacher is when I need to explain difficult and challenging mathematical concepts to students and pupils who have historically struggled to grasp what is required. In situations such as these, I am patient, I am reassuring, and I use simple, easy-to-understand methodologies to teach the subject in question.

Aspiring Biology & English Educator | BS Optometry Student I am Amisha Hussain, a passionate and dedicated BS Optometry student at Riphah International University with a strong academic background in biology and English. With a deep love for teaching, I aim to share my knowledge in a way that makes learning enjoyable, relatable, and effective for students of all levels. My background in pre-medical studies and current training in the health sciences field give me a strong command of biology, while my communication skills and enthusiasm for the English language allow me to teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking with confidence and clarity. Whether helping students grasp complex scientific concepts or improve their English fluency, I focus on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
