About Ume F.

Hi, I am an English language and medical sciences tutor with three years of online and one year of offline experience. I'm also a debater and won best speaker awards in declamation and parliamentary debates. I have worked as a motivational and public speaker in an organization at my University. ......... My communication and comprehension skills allow me to develop a student-mentoring bond within a few days. As John Cosby said, “Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” ........... As I am not a native speaker, I know how learning a language feels. What are the barriers and how to overcome them? So, my teaching strategy is based on an individualized approach having audio-video learning and presentation. My prime focus is on Vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills. ................... I provide worksheets to practice, sometimes oral quizzes, fun activities such as ice breakers and often asking for a debate on a topic to improve conversational skills. I taught MDCAT students from 2018 to 2020 in an online organization. Being a Dietitian by Profession I can teach students Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Nutrition and Dietetics, Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Microbiology, Immunology, and Biochemistry. See you soon.
