Everything you need to know about participating in this year's competition

Junior Category (Ages 10–14)

  • Registration: 18 June – 10 July
  • Prompt Release: 12 July (delivered via email)
  • Submission Deadline: 20 July, 23:59 PKT
  • Short-List Presentations: 26 July
  • Winners Announced: 1 August
  • Entry Fee: PKR 1,000
  • Project Requirement: Game developed exclusively in Scratch

Senior Category (Ages 15–18)

  • Registration: 18 June – 10 July

Your Roadmap to Success

Follow these simple steps to participate in the competition

Registration & Fee Confirmation

Complete the online registration form and transfer the entry fee to the bank account listed in the participant handbook. Email or WhatsApp the payment receipt to the designated number listed in the participant handbook by 10 July to activate your entry.

TutorBees Account & Prompt Release

Ensure you have an active TutorBees.net profile by 11 July. The official game-design prompt will be emailed to all validated participants on 12 July.

Project Submission

Send your public Scratch project link and a one-page PDF synopsis to admin@tutorbees.net no later than 23:59 PKT on 25 July. Submissions received after the deadline will not be reviewed.

Presentations for Short-Listed Entrants

The top five participants in each division will receive their presentation time slots on 28 July. Live virtual presentations will be held on 30 July.

Announcement of Results

Winners and runners-up will be announced on 5 August via email and the competition website.

Frequently Asked Questions

The competition has two categories:
  • Junior Category: Ages 10-14
  • Senior Category: Ages 15-18

Participants need to:
  • Have access to a computer with internet
  • Create a free Scratch account (scratch.mit.edu)
  • Submit their project as a public Scratch project

Projects will be judged based on:
  • Creativity & Originality (30%)
  • Game Design & Mechanics (35%)
  • Visual Design Excellence (20%)
  • Technical Mastery of Scratch (15%)

  1. Complete the online registration form
  2. Pay the entry fee (PKR 1,000 for Junior, PKR 2,500 for Senior)
  3. Email your payment receipt to the provided email
  4. You'll receive the game-design prompt on July 12
  5. Submit your project by July 20
