I think the tutor has great potential and a good conversational style. I think the talk could be more focused and relevant. In general, I think all lectures should share an agenda beforehand (or the first slide in the lecture) so everyone has an idea of what to follow. Similarly, takeaway slides at the end of the presentation can help recap all that was learned in the session.
